Depending on the engagement, you are contracting with one of two affiliated Salem Ventures entities:

• Salem Ventures Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its registered address at c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, contracts for software licensing and subscription products, including Slipa, and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

SV Labs is a software development company. We build, deploy and license software and AI automation systems for business clients across industries, and we build and operate our own subscription software products, including Slipa, which turns raw screen recordings into polished, narrated demo videos in any language.

References to "Salem Ventures", "we", "us", or "our" elsewhere in these Terms refer to whichever of the two entities above you are contracting with for the relevant engagement, unless the context requires otherwise.

3. Use of the Site

The website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, investment product, or service.

4. Intellectual Property

Agreements contracted with Salem Ventures Labs, LLC, including software licensing and subscription agreements for products such as Slipa, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Use of the website itself is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
