Wael Salem is a visionary entrepreneur and technologist with over 15 years of experience in fintech and venture capital. He founded Salem Ventures with the mission to democratize financial services across emerging markets by combining deep technical expertise with strategic capital deployment. Prior to Salem Ventures, Wael led engineering teams at several successful fintech startups and has a proven track record of building scalable financial platforms that serve millions of users. He holds a degree in Computer Science and is passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful financial inclusion across underserved markets.
